And you are personally accountable for any and all activities or actions that occur in your account. Payment and Renewal

The user can create an account with free 100 verification and then pay based on the number of emails they need to verify. Unlike monthly subscriptions, we charge based on the number of emails you need to verify.
There will be no such auto-renewal because we only charge based on the number of emails you wish to verify. When you purchase plans, we clearly inform you of all terms, and if you have any questions regarding our plans or payments, please contact us.

Termination and Withdrawal
Voluntary Termination By The User
The user can terminate his/her Emailverify.ai account at any time from the website. He or she will have total control over this operation.
Because we charge our customers as they go, they will not be required to set up a monthly renewal or any such type of cost. The user will have the option to cancel after using the supplied services or throughout the service period
Termination For Default
The USER is informed that Emailverify.ai reserves the right to interrupt at any time its performance, without being entitled to compensation, in case of any type of use prejudicial to Emailverify.ai and in particular:
- In the case of a behavior or a practice of the USER which would be in contradiction with the present General Conditions, and/or of a nature to prejudice the image of Emailverify.ai,
- If the Campaigns launched by the USER are not in full compliance with the regulations in force and in particular if the Campaigns do not include a simple and operational means for the contacts solicited to unsubscribe from the next User Campaigns,
- If the number of complaints coming from the contacts sent by the USER as part of his Campaigns is beyond the norm generally observed,
- If the number of erroneous contacts is above 3% of the total volume of contacts sent by the USER as part of their Campaigns,
- If one of the User-Led Campaigns results in the blacklisting of one or more IP addresses used by Emailverify.ai to route the USER Campaigns.
Emailverify.ai may suspend by operation of law and without notice, its services in case of any breach by the USER to one of his obligations set out in this contract after a period of 2 working days after the sending of an email mentioning the breach (s) in question.
In the absence of compensation for the breach within 30 calendar days from the submission of the above-mentioned e-mail, Emailverify.ai may terminate this contract without any compensation and without legal formality.
Withdrawal and Refund
As previously stated, we charge our customers as they go and do not require monthly payments (monthly subscriptions, etc.). So, you will only pay for the number of emails or services that you require, and you will not able to refund the cash because you will only be paying for the recourse/services that you will use. However, if you have any problems, please contact us and notify us so that we can take the necessary steps.
Marketing:
By registering an account, you give Emailverify.ai a perpetual worldwide license to use your name of the company and logo/s for marketing and sales activities, such as listing you as an Emailverify.ai client, etc. But if you want to remove this license at any moment by telling us using our contact form or email.
100 Free Verifications:
When a new user comes to our website and creates an account to use our services, we give 100 FREE verification (reward). So, you can easily utilize this free number of email verification to verify your 100 emails, and after that, you need to pay as you go.
Changes:
Emailverify.ai holds the right, in its sole discretion, to change or replace any element of this Agreement at any time. It is your duty to monitor this Agreement for modifications on a regular basis.
Maintenance:
Emailverify.ai will make every effort to provide its service 24/7, except when:
- Planned maintenance is conducted
- Intended maintenance is performed due to any intended issue
